Back to nature...

Seems I have trouble making babies.
(ie- home pregnancy test I took this morning was negative)
So while we take a break from science.
I am going to work on creating our garden.
(I'll post some before shots later).
I have never tried to garden before.
I want an edible garden.
Lets see how that goes.

  1. Could it be too early for a home test to detect a positive? Not that I want to give you false hope or say things that you'd rather not hear but just a thought.

  2. have had the same thoughts (hopes) myself Kellie. It is a possibility that I have tested to early but should really be detectable today. I hold on to all possibilities, even false hopes, till the last possible minute. In keeping with that I will go in for a blood test tomorrow morning to double check. I really thought I was pregnant this time too, sore boods, nausea, and sore ovaries after they had calmed down from egg collection. Apparently that can be an indication the embryo implanted as it stimulates ovaries to produce progesterone and can make you tender again. I am disappointed but that disappointment mends quick. So not looking forward to doing another IVF cycle though but am not yet ready to give up on having children, so I look for some inner Turner stubbornness and go on.

Thoughts and comments are always welcome and I generally take things with the spirit in which they were intended. Nothing can match my father-in-laws comments when finding out about my second pregnancy. He told me to take better care of that one than I did the last one!!! Not the wisest of comments to make to any woman let alone one struggling with fertility.
